Ingredients
8ozKalewashed thoroughly
2 1/2tbspolive oil
1tspsalt
1/2tspTurmeric
1/2tspCBD oil
1/2tsphemp oil
2 1/2tbsphemp seeds
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Remove stems from kale. Dry with paper towel. Place on aluminum foil in a baking tray. Drizzle olive oil, salt and turmeric. Bake until crispy (approx. 15-20 minutes). Turn over kale halfway through baking.
Remove from oven. Drizzle hemp oil and CBD oil. Then sprinkle hemp seeds.
