Today I will be reviewing an interesting CBD product. If you haven’t already guessed from the picture above, it’s CBD infused chocolate crafted by Baking Cuisine Solutions.
CBD infused chocolate is a delicious way of getting your dose of CBD.
We’ll find out if Baking Cuisine Solutions CBD chocolate is worth the buy and what it tastes like exactly.

Baking Cuisine Solutions is run by Chef Michael Fattah who spent the past 7 years as a private chef in South Florida.
Chef Michael Fattah graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 1996. After taking on a position as a pastry cook in the Grand Amsterdam Hotel, Chef Michael traveled across Europe, studying flavors and techniques and learning from other chefs.
In 2004 he taught at Le Cordon Bleu in Miramar, Fl.
But that’s not all!
He then continued his education at the American Institute of Baking and was granted a baking science and technology diploma.
He then became a personal and private chef in Florida.
Chef Michael was also consulting for the THC infusion industry for edibles 10 years ago.
He has been all over from Alaska to Maine working with brands and teaching infusion methods and confectionary production.

As you can tell, there is a lot of knowledge behind these chocolate bars.

Baking Cuisine Solutions Chocolate bar Information
The chocolate bars come in two types: milk chocolate and dark chocolate. The hemp used to make the CBD chocolate comes from either Colorado or Kentucky, and the supercritical CO2 extraction method is used.
The CO2 extraction method is the most preferred method because it doesn’t leave behind any harmful solvents and preserves most of the plant.
There is third party lab testing available of the chocolates for customers.
Each chocolate bar contains full spectrum hemp oil, with the label saying No THC.
My Review of Baking Cuisine Solutions Chocolate
In my review, I will give some information about each chocolate bar and then talk about the company as a whole.
CBD Infused Milk Chocolate Bar
These milk chocolate bars contain 32% pure cocoa with a total of 100mg CBD. There are 10 squares, each containing 10mg of CBD.
Ingredients: Organic Sugar, Organic Milk, Organic Cocoa Butter, Organic Chocolate, contains less than 2% of each of the following: Soy Lecithin, Cannabidiol, Organic Natural Flavor.
The bars contain high-quality CBD.
The Texture
The milk chocolate bars are softer in texture, they have a nice consistency and each square breaks nicely and neatly.
The Taste
Let me tell you. I am not a milk chocolate fan, but whatever Chef Michael did to formulate these chocolate bars, made me like milk chocolate again.
They had an excellent, sweet, and rich taste (but not too sweet). You can taste the real cocoa!
Now:
There is the slightest bitter aftertaste, which is probably attributed to the CBD, but it is not really noticeable. Compared to other CBD infused chocolates I have tasted, this is definitely the tastiest one!
The Effects
There is definitely high-quality CBD in these chocolates. They reduced my anxiety and gave a sense of calm, and were good for managing headaches.
I think these chocolates really peak when treating insomnia though. The night I tried these chocolates, I knocked out and had really vivid dreams.
These were excellent before bed, just make sure you have a glass of cold milk to go with them!

CBD Infused Dark Chocolate Bar
The Dark chocolate bars contain 60% pure cocoa and also contains a total of 100mg CBD.
Ingredients: Organic Chocolate, Organic Sugar, contains less than 2% of each of the following: Organic Cocoa Butter, Soy Lechtin, Cannabidiol, Organic Natural Flavor.
The Texture
The texture is just like typical dark chocolate. It has a nice brittle texture, and each square also breaks off easily.
The Taste
The dark chocolate is amazing. It has an excellent pure cocoa taste and the decadent dark chocolate taste that I love. The bitter aftertaste is covered up on this one from the natural bitterness of the dark chocolate itself.
The Effects
The effects were exactly the same as the milk chocolate. It also reduced my anxiety, helped manage headaches, and gave me an overall nice calm feeling.
Just like the milk chocolate bars, the dark chocolate was amazing for sleep and producing vivid dreams.

My Final Thoughts on Baking Cuisine Solutions CBD: Conclusion
I really loved the CBD infused chocolate bars. They did their job wonderfully, and the taste was exquisite.
You can tell through these bars that chef Michael has experience in the baking industry. My only small gripe isn’t with the chocolates, but with the website.
The website is a bit difficult to navigate (to gather some of this information). Other than that, this is an excellent company!
The price seems pretty hefty for a chocolate bar, but in reality, these are pretty reasonable considering the price of CBD products.

This is a great, tasty way to get your dose of CBD. Plus the dosing is easy to apply, as each square is marked at 10mg CBD.
I thought the Dark chocolate bar was superb and a little better than the milk chocolate, but that’s only because I like dark chocolate better, otherwise they were equally as good.
