Our Criteria For Determining the Best CBD Products
When searching for the best CBD brands, we take a lot of things into consideration.
- What type of extraction method was used
- Is the CBD third-party lab tested
- What was the analysis of the third-party lab test?
- What is the cost of the products
- How potent is the CBD?
- What is the companies background?
- Where was the hemp sourced from?
- Etc.
There is so much to look for and every CBD oil and product is unique. Sometimes it takes a little trial and error to find the best ones.
Here’s some info about myself and how I judge the CBD products:
I have suffered from severe (emphasis on “severe”) anxiety over the year (which is what lead me to CBD oil in the first place), therefore I er more on the side of anti-anxiety CBD oils. Thankfully, (and unfortunately) I suffer from some other chronic, less severe maladies. These include:

Hi Gabriel, I have just gone through your content on CBD products. It is a well-written blog post on CBD Oil Tincture, CBD oil. I can also suggest few products. These are not purely CBD products but they also contain a low amount of CBD.
How can CBDMD sell at such low prices and still be reliable? Either they are not as high quality as other brands (Purekana) or they are not as profit-driven. Just wondering as I appreciate your reviews and the effort you spend in critiquing the various brands out there.

Have you tried any Zilis products ? I use the Ultra Cell Full Spectrum Hemp CBD oil for my 11# Diabetic cat. He gets 2 drops twice a day in his diabetic food. He is 11 and we have never used insulin on him. He started with a 506 glucose level. He looks great and this has helped his aggressive behavior with the other cats.

Could you recommend any other CBD topicals for chronic pain? I have been using Bluebird Botanicals oil but at this time they do not offer topicals. I personally like lotions or creams better then salves.

Unfortunately, we haven’t really tried any CBD lotions or creams, we have tried a lot of salves though. There is a really good brand that I just recently did a review on called TerraVida CBD, they meet all of our standards and I have tried their tinctures and vape products, which work excellently. With that said, they sell a variety of creams for different needs, it may be something to look into. I have tried a body butter from leafy drops which melts pretty nicely, and a medi rub by Chakra Xtracts. The medi rub worked well on some of my minor aches, it comes in a jar and has a consistency akin to lotion. As far as salves, the CBDol by CBDistillery, mentioned in this list, works great for pain.
