CBD Kale Chips Recipe

This Kale and CBD oil recipe is super healthy. Kale, known as a super green–for being loaded with nutrients and full of vitamin k–goes great with CBD oil in this recipe. Plus for an added benefit, we added hemp oil and turmeric to this super simple recipe. Hemp oil is loaded with omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids, while turmeric is highly regarded for it’s anti-inflammatory benefits. This is one healthy CBD recipe, which I’m sure you will love!

CBD Kale Chips

The mix of Kale, CBD oil, hemp oil and turmeric make this a great anti-inflammatory, vitamin rich super recipe

Servings: 2 people

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Kale washed thoroughly
  • 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp CBD oil
  • 1/2 tsp hemp oil
  • 2 1/2 tbsp hemp seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Remove stems from kale. Dry with paper towel. Place on aluminum foil in a baking tray. Drizzle olive oil, salt and turmeric. Bake until crispy (approx. 15-20 minutes). Turn over kale halfway through baking.
  • Remove from oven. Drizzle hemp oil and CBD oil. Then sprinkle hemp seeds.
  • Enjoy!
