Kat’s Naturals Review
Kat’s Naturals pure CBD is one of the more unique CBD oils. They have one of the more popular CBD oil isolates on the market with their “Heal” CBD oil.
I know there’s a good reason why someone would want to take a CBD isolate over a full spectrum (drug testing).
In this Kat’s Naturals CBD review, I will go over drug testing and whether you should invest in a bottle of Kat’s CBD or not. I will also talk about my experience with their CBD oil.
I like to give a little information about the company first before doing the review. I think this is important because it gives insight into the quality of the product and procedures used.
Some Info About Kat’s Naturals
Kat’s Naturals sells both full spectrum and isolate cannabis products.
Kat Merryfield (the owner of Kat’s Natural’s) started making CBD products back in 2015. Kat’s Natural’s uses American grown organic hemp (from Tennessee to be exact) in their oils, which they extract through the critical CO2 extraction method.
This method does not leave any harmful chemicals in the CBD. Kat’s entire growing and extraction process is tested for purity.
Plus, they infuse their CBD oils with sustainably sourced essential oils.
They also provide third-party lab testing to give further validation to their claims.
An interesting fact: Kat works with programs and donates some of the companies proceeds to help veterans, after her husband served in the military for 13 years and developed PTSD.
Kat’s Naturals CBD Product Lineup
As with most CBD companies, Kat’s Naturals offers different CBD options to choose from. Here’s what they have to offer:
- CBD oral drops
- CBD topicals
- CBD vaporizing liquids
- CBD isolates
In this review, I will be covering their most popular CBD oral drop, which is their CBD isolate called “Heal”.
Kat’s Naturals CBD oil “Heal”
Heal comes in three sizes:
- 5ml
- 15ml
- 30ml
Each bottle has a 1500mg dosage.
Good CBD oil comes at a hefty price, 5ml at $35, 15ml at $99, and 30ml at $165. With their oil, I suggest starting with the smallest bottle to test out how well it works on you, as everyone reacts differently to CBD oil.
Heal boasts its anti-inflammatory properties and comes in a cool peppermint flavor. To take heal, Kat’s recommends taking 3-5 drops under the tongue for 60 seconds, then swallowing:
For best results take 2 to 4 times a day* for 6 to 8 weeks, then 1 to 2 times a day thereafter. Some users may need to start with fewer drops and work up to needed amount. *HEAL can be used as often as needed to reach higher levels of saturation in the body. Personally, I find that you can tweak the number of drops to suit your own needs, I usually take a little more (around 8 drops). There’s a little trial and error to find that sweet spot for yourself.
Okay, enough product information. It’s time for my review of Kat’s Naturals Heal CBD oil.
My Kat’s Naturals Heal CBD Experience/Review
I first decided to give Kat’s CBD a try after failing a drug test with full spectrum CBD oil. I heard only good things about Kat’s CBD isolate.
One of the reasons to take isolate, while it is not as effective as full spectrum, is that it contains no THC (not even trace amounts) and won’t make you fail a drug test. There is, however, a small chance of failing a drug test with full spectrum oils.
The first thing I usually mention when reviewing a CBD oil is its flavor.
Flavor
Kat’s Naturals infuses their heal oil with essential peppermint oil. You notice it right away. I love peppermint, and this one tastes great, it does not taste like fake artificial peppermint.
Effectiveness
For me, Kat’s naturals heal oil had great effects on my pain and inflammation, as the oil claims to be good for.
I just so happened to take Kat’s at the beginning of a new basketball season where I get sore frequently and surprisingly my soreness and muscle aches were very minimum and lasted for a short period of time.
Kat’s also worked great for my chronic headaches.
But… for me at least, it seemed not to do much for my persistent anxiety in comparison to full spectrum CBD oils. It helped a little bit but it wasn’t super noticeable.
Nonetheless, it is still a great oil and a viable option when drug testing is a concern.
This oil seemed best to be taken daily if you have minor chronic daily pains and aches.

My Final Thoughts
As a CBD isolate, Kat’s Naturals heal oil does the trick. While for me it wasn’t noticeably effective for my anxiety, it was an amazingly effective treatment for pain related issues and headaches.
Kat’s CBD has great quality products, which come at a hefty price, I recommend buying their smaller sizes and if you like it you should then buy their bigger ones.
Everyone reacts to CBD differently and maybe it will be more effective for your anxiety. This is how I reacted to it personally.
